This Shipping Policy explains how we carefully handle your order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery for all purchases made through www.plantalk.ai.

1. Order Processing Time

We want to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Please note that our team takes a rest on weekends and public holidays, so orders are not processed on these days.

  • As soon as your package is handed over to our shipping partners, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We are proud to ship to our core communities, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and European Union countries.

However, at this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

  • Remote regions in North America (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other overseas territories).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and deeply appreciate your understanding.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

To keep things simple and transparent, we currently offer one standard shipping method for all our customers. (Please note: At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options.)

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $8 USD applies to all supported regions.

  • United States & Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Europe (EU & UK): 7–10 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary slightly depending on your exact location and local logistics conditions.

4. Free Shipping Promotion

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

  • This free shipping offer is strictly applicable to all supported shipping destinations (US, Canada, UK, and EU).

5. Pre-Order Fulfillment (Including Plantiemoji)

Thank you for your support and patience during our pre-order phase.

  • Kickstarter Orders: Orders placed by our Kickstarter backers will be fulfilled and shipped first.

  • Website Pre-orders: Following the completion of Kickstarter shipments, orders placed on plantalk.ai are estimated to begin shipping after September 30, 2026. These orders will be processed and shipped sequentially based on the date the order was placed.

  • We will keep you updated every step of the way. If there are any adjustments to the timeline due to manufacturing or logistics, we will communicate with you transparently and promptly.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our international friends, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are strictly the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask you to check your local customs regulations if you are unsure.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

8. Shipping Delays & Unexpected Issues

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons. We deeply appreciate your patience if third-party logistics or customs authorities cause unexpected delays.

9. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We want your package to reach you without a hitch! Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package needs to be reshipped, additional fees may apply.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We pack our products with great care, but if your package gets lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hi@plantalk.ai within 7 days of delivery. Please include a few photos of the damage if applicable. We will do our absolute best to resolve the issue for you sincerely and quickly.
